- Defended Lanham Act intellectual property case in federal court, Southern District NY; negotiated favorable settlement for a small tech company, in case where lead defendant was subjected to $20M verdict.
- Sued Oracle Corp. on behalf of a DC-area tech company; secured favorable pre-trial settlement.
